Educational Requirements:
∎ Preferably BBA in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead branding and marketing efforts for health-related products and networks.
∎ Design and implement digital marketing to promote different networks and its services.
∎ Assist senior Management in developing a strategic plan for marketing of health-related products and networks.
∎ Design and execute product and network promotional activities, including the development of communication and marketing materials in collaboration with the other Program Teams.
∎ Organize seminars, workshops, talk shows, and health awareness programs nationwide, focusing on contemporary child and maternal health and nutrition-related issues.
∎ Liaise with designated advertising agencies, government officials, and media representatives. Take responsibility for media management and collaborate closely to develop different mobile apps.
∎ Travel to various regions across the country to observe program implementation activities, gather feedback from beneficiaries and stakeholders, and provide valuable insights for program improvement.
∎ Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to represent the organization effectively to stakeholders, including development partners and national forums
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Work experience in digital marketing will be an added advantage.
∎ At least 10 years of experience in health-related product branding and marketing, with a minimum of six years in a relevant role.
∎ Self-starter with the ability to achieve results with limited resources and minimal supervision.
∎ Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills, including report writing abilities.
∎ Strong understanding of social media analytics.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office applications and Adobe Creative Cloud apps.
