Job Context:
∎ Duration of Assignment: 2 years (24 months)
∎ Location of Assignment: Anywhere in Bangladesh (300 Upazila)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure overall monitoring and reporting for successful implementation of the assignment
∎ Provide overall guidance and input to the project monitoring and reporting documents
∎ Make field visits to the intervention areas for monitoring
∎ Supervise all monitoring and reporting documentation of the program

Additional Requirements:
∎ Professional training in modern project monitoring system
∎ Knowledge on traditional and modern teaching learning practices
∎ 15 years of service experience in executive/managerial position in GO/NGO
∎ Experienced in project implementation
∎ Minimum 5 years professional experience in monitoring large scale activities involving public motivation / awareness
∎ High IT skill
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication and motivational skill

Salary:
∎ Negotiable for all positions with Compensation & Other Benefits (Festival Bonus: 2)
