Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manages all activities of dyeing departments’ activities, assuming responsibility for production quantity, quality, cost and delivery
∎ Directs dyeing activities to ensure products are produced within the established time, cost control and quality standard
∎ Ensures KPI is met of the department
∎ Ensures RFT% is at accepted level
∎ Coordinates and directs administration and HR activities in dyeing department in consultation with the HR manager to ensure that company policies and procedures are properly administered
∎ Evaluates staff performance, ensures floor discipline, identifies training need and manage their career development
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 33 years
