Educational Requirements:
∎ B. Sc/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil or Equivalent (Must be experienced especially in Plumbing, Fire Protection/Detection Drawing).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning & Preparation of Plumbing & Fire Protection/Detection Drawings.
∎ Having practical knowledge about project Auto Cad Detailing 2D, 3D Designing, Operation, Drafting particularly in Plumbing & fire protection/detection design.
∎ To supply technical support to the Coordinators, Project engineers with direction of department head.
∎ Supervision of construction site & preparation of work progress report.
∎ Checking the quantity and ensuring the accuracy of design.
∎ To perform & manage emergency duty support when required by management.
∎ Capable to meet deadline of multiple projects.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge on AutoCAD 2D.
∎ Preparing of Detail Drawing, BOQ, Project Planning, Monitoring, Estimation & Implementation to Project.
∎ Shall be well conversant with BNBC, NFPA, ACCORD & ALLIANCE Related Standard.
∎ Professionally skilled in MS Excel, Word and other related applications.
∎ Polite, Smart and Intelligent.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Salary: Negotiable
