Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
∎ Qualified in CA/ FCA or ICMC (Inter) is Must
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate, Group of Companies, Interior Design, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring the implementation of Budgetary Control System.
∎ Should be able to run Accounts department independently.
∎ Responsible for preparation of weekly & monthly cash flow statements.
∎ Supervise the operation of accounting functionalities of the Group.
∎ Examine or analyze accounting records, financial statement or other financial reports.
∎ Responsible for preparation of Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Accounts and Balance Sheet of the Company.
∎ Responsible for reconciling all bank accounts and cash book on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Prepare Unit Wise budget and Monthly variance analyses.
∎ Presentation of all Accounts related reports to CEO or Chairman and Board Members.
∎ Supports budget and forecasting activities of the group.
∎ Interact with Internal & External Auditors time to time.
∎ Analyze monthly MIS and appropriate communication to Management.
∎ Oversee maintenance of credit and debit vouchers, cash books & laser of accounts etc.
∎ Check all kinds of financial transaction activities.
∎ Maintains financial security by establishing internal controls.
∎ Prepare all annual VAT, TAX & AIT papers for the lawyer.
∎ Handling salary & all kinds of employee's payment by maintaining confidentiality.
∎ Finalization of Monthly as well as yearly Financial Statements.
∎ Ensure utmost fund management.
∎ Ensure timely Daily, Monthly and Yearly report.
∎ Supervision of all over work of Accounts Department.
∎ Achieves accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans, resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements, implementing change.
∎ Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
∎ Candidate should be proficient in cost accounting, project costing, batch costing and unit costing.
∎ Set up Control mechanism in all cost centers.
∎ Handling salary & all kinds of employee's payment by maintaining confidentiality.
∎ Must have sound knowledge in operation of E.R.P and other Accounting software.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the concern authority.

∎ Age 40 to 45 years
