∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Civil engineering may also apply.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 14 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AutoCAD, Plumbing BOQ, Plumbing Design
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Technical support/handling all plumbing consultants
∎ Ensure detail checking of ducting, for plumbing issues before casting of every stage of work.
∎ Checking, vetting and correction of plumbing drawings to be received from design consultants
∎ Plumbing design of some project
∎ Software and manual analysis for plumbing design using AUTO CAD and other software
∎ Confirm the detailing of plumbing design as per BNBC code
∎ Design of sudden plumbing patchwork arising from the project
∎ Updating our construction engineers by suggestion
∎ Preparing agreements from consultants
∎ Checking bills for consultants
∎ Regular meeting with design adviser, Head of Construction, adviser and top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years in a similar position and at least 10 years experience with reputed Real Estate companies.
∎ The candidate must have strong leadership, communication & interpersonal skill.
∎ Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills.
