Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ability to prepare Project profile and working capital requirement to arrange fund like project loan and working capital loan from Bank or NBFI.
∎ Ability to minimize the fund cost through maintaining proper liaison with respective Bank & NBFI.
∎ Ability to monitor all Banking and commercial process timely and cost effectively.
∎ Thorough knowledge on Bank loan related BRPD circulars of Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Ability to manage all commercial activities (e.g. issuance of PI, L/C open, Export proceeds realization, ensure proper HS code for timely clearance from customs through maintaining proper liaison with custom authority).
