Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure observance of company policies, legal provisions, permissions, and Customers' requirements related to Compliance for all group factories
∎ Develop and ensure implementation of appropriate Policy, SOPs related to compliance.
∎ Maintain customers audit schedule (Social, Ct pat, Fcca, Environment etc) and achieve compliance approvals.
∎ Support to plant team for critical compliance issues, critical audit and approval etc.
∎ Communication & coordination with customers, audit firms, different bodies relating to compliance matters.
∎ Arrange internal audit - central team, cross audit, internal third party audit etc
∎ Coordinate safety audits (Structural, Fire, Electrical) and safety training program.
∎ CAP review & communicate with customers.
∎ Follow up CAP implementation.
∎ Follow up customers’ development programs – Vendor Model, WE, CSR program etc
∎ Management update on Compliance compliance risk factors, new developments & requirements etc.
∎ Follow up Surveillance activity and update management time to time.
∎ Support to buying house responsible for requirement update, critical compliance issues, approval when advised.
∎ Conduct training to associates & staffs on basic fire safety, harassment & abuse, PPE, monthly fire drill, emergency chemical drill etc.
∎ Active participation and share most common issues, challenges & best practices.
∎ Implement updated policy, procedure, audit checklist and surprise check for deviation protection.
∎ Customer communication, joint CSR monitoring & report submission on time and online platform update.
∎ Dashboard update ontime, EpiCom update follow up, Customer online platform update ontime.
∎ Conduct compliance monthly meeting with HOD's focusing repeated issue critical & major.
∎ Conduct training to develop team skills and arrange external training facilities.
∎ Update policy, procedure, audit checklist & compliance manual once new changes comes and flash.
∎ Any assignment given by management.
