Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To review and follow up the fabric inspection report and fabric inspection department and take necessary decision and action as per the need.
∎ To face and solve any kind of quality related problem with the combined discussion and take prompt action.
∎ To ensure the quality of the accessories goods and if there is any problem regarding those then contact with the related merchant and supplier.
∎ To arrange and participate with the PP, PE, risk analysis meeting.
∎ To follow up the size set sample, production plan, production sample, top, gold seal, P/S.
∎ To follow up cutting quality procedure and sewing line input feedback.
∎ To face the critical process problem and handle the situation by taking prompt decision and action with the discussion of the buyer.
∎ To follow up the product safety in all parts of the production.
∎ To handle and maintain the finished and washed goods especially the quality and measurement of it.
∎ To follow up and responsible for the inline, pre-final and final inspection.
∎ To maintain the communication, co-ordination and relation with other department especially with the buying house.
∎ Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management.
