Prefabricated Steel Buildings
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops sales and marketing strategies and plans that add value to the achievement of the company's goals and objectives
∎ Develop negotiation strategies and positions by studying the integration of new ventures, ideas, and possibly platforms with the company's strategy and operations; and also examining risks and potentials as well as estimating partners' needs and goals.
∎ Look for business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; research and analyze sales options
∎ Design and implement all Sales strategies and activities and ensure adherence to all project requirements and prepare all export documents within the required time-frame and schedule efficient shipping activities and identify appropriate transportation methods in assistance with customers.
∎ Maintain relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; research and recommend new opportunities and profit and service improvements.
∎ Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
∎ Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
∎ Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Knowledge on Steel Structure, Construction and other sub-functions of construction works.
∎ Knowledge on AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Project Management will be added advantage.
∎ Should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ should have unique personality with self-recognizer in the business environment.
∎ Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner.
