∎ Masters in Accounting or Finance from a reputed public/private university.
∎ Chartered Accountants will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Company Tax, Income Tax, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Tax Law, Taxation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up the preparation of Statutory Financial Statements, Monthly and Annual Management Financial Statements.
∎ Responsible to legally minimize tax liabilities through informed application of tax laws and regulations.
∎ Prepare and review tax calculations, estimates and reports accruals and purpose partnering with country, regional and corporate finance, tax, legal business and operations terms.
∎ Manage tax compliance, reporting, and filing works for the Group.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate filing of all corporate and personnel income tax and GST returns.
∎ Establish appropriate system or processes for tax risk management for the Group.
∎ Act as the key point of contact and support for our local and regional taxation matters.
∎ Liaise with tax authorities and provide tax audit support for the Group.
∎ Manage external tax authorities and consultants locally and regionally.
∎ Provide internal tax advisory services and support on business operation matters to the Group.
∎ Ensure proper documentation, control, and maintain necessary records with respect to income tax-related issues, TDS, AIT & other hearing-related documents.
∎ Monitor monthly TDS deduction from the applicable heads of accounts and deposit to the Govt. treasury.
∎ TAX accounts prepare and TAX return submissions.
∎ Handle Corporate & Employees Income Tax matter and keep liaison with Audit Firm.
∎ Any other assignment not detailed herein & felt conducive by Management as and when necessary.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Should be self-motivated, dynamic leadership, negotiation, energetic & capable to work under pressure.
∎ Should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Can do and get it done attitude.
