Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Having Experience more than 10 Years in any premises for various Audit activities.
∎ To be responsible for developing and maintaining budgets forecasting and financial models to aid in business planning and decision making
∎ Research and analyze financial data and present it to top management for resource allocation and strategic planning.
∎ Monitoring and evaluate financial performance against established target and KPI’s identifying area for improvement and implementing corrective action as necessary.
∎ Conduct financial risk assessment and propose strategic to mitigate potential risk. Financial Reporting:
∎ To be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, and time to time communication with management for suggestion and instruction.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standard, laws and regulation.
∎ Present financial information to top management and external stakeholder, highlighting key finding and recommendation.
∎ Conduct in-depth financial analysis and deliver actionable inside to the corporate management to support strategic planning, Budgeting and cost control:
∎ Oversee the annual budgeting process recommend cost measure, enhance efficiency and support long term financial planning and modeling.
∎ Analysis and monitoring of monthly various MIS report, and also analysis of variances of production Budget & budgetary control.
∎ Co-ordinate the financial process, working closely with management to establish financial target and allocate resource effectively.
∎ Developing and implement financial control procedure, to safeguard company assets and ensure adherence to budgetary guideline. Financial Operation and compliance:
∎ Supervise daily accounting activities including accounts payable and accounts receivable and general ledger.
∎ Tax Management: Supervise annual tax process and co-ordinate with tax authorities to ensure compliance.
∎ Risk management: Identify and mitigate financial risk, evaluate investment opportunities and manage cash flow, Liquidity and funding needs.
∎ Leadership and Team management: Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team cultivate a high-performance culture and oversee training and development to enhance team skill and competencies.
∎ Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department head and senior management to align financial goals with business objective. Act as the main liaison for financial matter with external stakeholder such as banking institution auditors, regulatory and investor. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
∎ Lead, mentor, and inspire the finance and accounts team for high performance.
∎ Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, procurement, HR, and regional/global finance teams to drive business alignment·
∎ Present financial strategies, risks, and performance updates to the Board, senior leadership, and key stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making at the highest level.
∎ Any other task assigned by Top Management also.
