Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will be especially responsible to procure profitable Order for Sweaters / Knit garments as per the capacity of the factory, also have to lead a team of Merchandising professionals & execute the booked orders very professionally according to the production planning.
∎ The candidate should have the capacity to source & booked new buyer's order & maintain effective relationship with existing/new buyers in connection with taking profitable orders & to meet the export targets.
∎ Candidate should be responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to ensure the company's target capacity for both peak and off-peak seasons.
∎ The candidate will be merely responsible for managing all the activities related to order taking, merchandising & timely shipment of export-orders of Sweaters / Knit garments effectively & efficiently.
∎ Candidate should interactive & well conversant with buyers & vendors for identifying new fashion. .
∎ Candidate will assist the Company Management for Negotiate, quotes & offering pricing to the vendors.
∎ Provide adequate guidance to the Factory for understanding and follow systems & procedures.
∎ Coordinate with Company Managing Director for attending buying meetings locally and internationally.
∎ Must be proficient in communicating with buyers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 55 years
∎ Excellent track record and well relationship with buyers.
∎ Smooth Handling capacity with Buyers, Merchandising, Costing, Raw Materials Sourcing
∎ Adequate Knowledge in IE, Planning and Production will be given preference.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
