Job Context:
∎ Rising Group, a leading manufacturer and exporter of Garments from Bangladesh is equipped with the most modern and latest machinery having 06 knit & 01 woven Garments manufacturing unit in Mirpur, Ashulia, Dhamrai and Gazipur. The Group also owns textile units in two spinning mills having an area of two production of knit fabric, dyeing, finishing, washing, one printing, button and thread manufacturing units.
∎ We are looking for an experienced DGM-Merchandising for knit garments division who can deal with overall merchandising responsibilities.
∎ Job Location: Head Office, Mirpur, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To taking overall responsibilities of merchandising.
∎ To capable of order procurement, correspond, liaison and communicate with the buyers regarding capacity booking, order taking, and at an order crisis moment.
∎ To oversee and do costing and pricing of the garments and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ To follow up Supply Chain Planning.
∎ To follow up order wise T&A and CP.
∎ To filling monthly factory capacity.
∎ Co-ordinates with production team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to buyer.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management related to merchandising.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ At least 12 years experience in knit Garments.
∎ Must have good computer office application & corresponding skill.
∎ Sound knowledge about knit fabric manufacturing and trouble shooting.
∎ Ability to cast both casual woven and knit.
∎ Sound knowledge in yarn, weaving, processing, printing, cutting, stitching, quality, folding & packing.
