Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ü  Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and increase market share.
∎ ü  Manage the sales team for sales growth and revenue enhancement & conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
∎ ü  Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
∎ ü  Assist in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion program plans.
∎ ü  Develop and manage an efficient distribution and dealer network to improve sales performance.
∎ ü  Ensure that all sales personnel activities are by the guidelines of the Management.
∎ ü  Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance. Maintain credit norms & ensure collection of credit amount as per management approved norms.
∎ ü  Prepare assigned report (Daily, Weekly & Monthly).
∎ ü  Meet monthly sales targets through the company's rules.
∎ ü  Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ ü  Should have a strong sense of responsibility, independent, self-motivated and able to work under a pressured situation.
∎ ü  Monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative marketing approaches to stay ahead in the industry.
∎ ü  Track and analyze KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly
