∎ Education:
∎ 1. Bachelor in Civil Engineering (Structural Design) from any public university will be given preference.
∎ 2.Candidates from private universities are encouraged to apply.
∎ 3.Must have MIEB membership and RUJUK plan signing authority.
∎
∎ Additional Responsibilities:
∎ 1. At least 15 years of relevant professional experience
∎ 2. Updating our construction Engineers by regular training, exam, suggestion etc.
∎ 3. Providing support to other departments such as Construction, Architects and Regulatory Affairs including concerns of Rupayan Group, if required.
∎ 4.Positive attitude with word working mentality.
∎ 5.Ability to work in a team and can do attitude
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Technical support/ Handling all Structural consultants and also architectural consultants (Additional).
∎ 2. Directing & monitoring Structural Designer & CAD-operators.
∎ 3. Weekly & Special visit with our project monitoring team & Reporting.
∎ 4.Ensure detail design, reinforcement placing before casting of every stage of work.
∎ 5. Checking & correction of structural drawings received from design consultants.
∎ 6. Software and Manual analysis of building using ETABS, STAAD.Pro and other required software’s.
∎ 7. Confirm the detailing of structural design as per BNBC code.
∎ 8. Design of sudden structural patch work or rectification work (minor) arose from project.
∎ 9. Soil report analysis for structural design.
∎ 10. Shall perform Detailed Engineering Assessment (DEA) as per regulatory authority.
