Job Responsibilities:
∎ The selected candidate will be responsible for managing production related all activities of the factory effectively & efficiently. He will have to ensure timely production as per production planning with due consideration of quality.
∎ Fixed up the target for the production line to meet the delivery date.
∎ The candidate should have thorough knowledge of all types of Knit Garments related product.
∎ Lead and manage the team to ensure the best output of all production.
∎ Develop the monthly production plan as per schedule and run smoothly to meet the deadline.
∎ Review plan on daily basis and ensure best support wherever required.
∎ Bring sustainable efficiency improvements by identifying the bottlenecks and ensuring elimination of them.
∎ Improve profitability by identifying cost reduction and reduce the wastage percentage.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man and machine.
∎ Ensure quality standard for reputable buyers.
∎ Examine the specific style to determine details such as sample quality, types of color/chemicals be used, color sequences & any other instructions.
∎ Inspect and examine the make products in coordination with the quality team for quality, color accuracy, conformance to specifications and external defects.
∎ Give necessary technical solutions to solve the production difficulties.
∎ Ensure the quality during bulk production period & control rejects.
∎ Rotary, Flat bed, Continuous Washing, Loop Steam, Kuel Machine operation knowledge and experience.
∎ Must be able to Look after the day-to-day production.
∎ Must be able to maintain liaison with the all-production related department.
∎ Must be able to coordinate with Operators & Helper to achieve production target.
∎ Should be capable of motivating operators to achieve desired output & development of skilled operation.
∎ Ensure quality product as per buyer requirement.
∎ Reduce re-work/ Unnecessary work.
∎ Follow properly utilization of Men, Machine and Materials.
∎ Review production plan and make sure the shipment schedule.
∎ Check the materials situation as per as per plan.
∎ Make forecast production and efficiency.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
