∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Minimum 10/12 years’ Experience in the same post. Should have analytical ability and superior capacity in correspondence. Should have good communication and interpersonal skill. Should be computer literate including the knowledge of MS-Office. Sound knowledge of disciplinary action and Compliance. Knowledge of Buyers' Compliance and Certification. Experience of 4000-5000 worker's factory handling (Sweater Factory).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎
∎ 1.       Monitor, Supervise & Control overall Compliance.
∎ 2.       Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of Compliance.
∎ 3.       Preparing the different complying issues with the COC of the different buyer with a view to face different compliance audits (Social, Technical, Security & QMS) etc.
∎ 4.       Coordinate with top management and shoulder responsibilities.
∎ 5.       Formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management etc.
∎ 6.       Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment.
∎ 7.       To ensure over all Factory safety system.
∎ 8.       To coordinate Compliance, HR, Admin and Production department during compliance audit.
∎ 9.       Monitor & Supervise employee development & training.
∎ 10.   Monitor & Supervise policy development & documentation.
∎ 11.   Must be well conversant with Sprinkler, Fire Hydrant, Auto Detection.
∎ 12.   Lead a team of compliance personnel in regularly inspecting multiple factory premises and proactively identifying all compliance lapses and taking measures for their rectification.
∎ 13.   Correspond with buyers and various compliance monitoring agencies as needed.
∎ 14.   Handling all types of Social/ Environment/ Technical/ Fire & Safety/ Chemical Safety/ Building & Electrical Safety/ OCS, RCS, GOTS and others certifications Audits.
∎ 15.   Follow up that all corrective action has been taken/follow up regularly as per CAP submitted.
∎ 16.   Interact with factory floor personnel to prepare them for compliance audits and make them aware on maintaining better compliance standards.
