Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Deputy General Manager (DGM) or General Manager (GM), you would be in a senior leadership role within the shopping mall's management team. You would likely report to the mall's director or owner and oversee various aspects of the mall's operations.
∎ Your primary responsibility in this role would be to ensure excellent customer service within the shopping mall. This would involve developing and implementing customer service strategies and initiatives to enhance the overall shopping experience for visitors.
∎ You would lead a team of customer service staff, which could include supervisors, representatives, and support personnel. Managing, training, and motivating this team to provide outstanding service would be a critical part of your role.
∎ You would handle escalated customer complaints or issues that couldn't be resolved at lower levels. Your goal would be to find solutions that satisfy customers and uphold the mall's reputation.
∎ In addition to customer service, you might have oversight of various mall operations, such as security, maintenance, and facilities management. Ensuring the smooth functioning of these departments contributes to a positive shopping environment.
∎ Depending on the size and scope of the shopping mall, you might be responsible for budget planning and financial management for the customer service department. This includes allocating resources effectively.
∎ You would likely interact with mall tenants (retailers) and vendors to address their needs and concerns. Maintaining positive relationships with these stakeholders is essential for the mall's success.
∎ Collaborating with marketing teams to develop promotional events and activities that attract shoppers to the mall. Your role might involve aligning customer service efforts with marketing strategies.
∎ Ensuring that the shopping mall operates in compliance with relevant laws and regulations, particularly those related to customer safety, accessibility, and consumer rights.
∎ Setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, service quality, and other relevant metrics to assess the effectiveness of your customer service initiatives.

Additional Requirements:

∎ Good analytical skill
