Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop a well-defined channel strategy and a roadmap for channel evolution that takes into account global and local trends, business requirements, customer experience, and aligns with the overarching vision of the organization.
∎ Serve as the principal advocate for digital channels within the organization, championing an Omni channel approach, identifying and implementing best practices, and actively promoting digital channels to the business.
∎ Develop and execute a strategic Omni channel marketing and communications plan aimed at fostering global engagement, while ensuring scalability across diverse business units and markets.
∎ Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors, service providers, and technology partners involved in platform development and maintenance. Ensure adherence to contractual agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
∎ Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities related to platform security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. Implement safeguards and protocols to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
∎ Define a compelling value proposition aimed at enhancing the experience and performance of the designated digital channels through the introduction of new products, services, and technology.
∎ Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior management, product owners, and business units, to gather requirements, prioritize features, and communicate progress. Act as the primary point of contact for platform-related inquiries and updates. Foster collaboration and teamwork across departments to ensure alignment and synergy in platform development efforts. Facilitate regular meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to promote knowledge-sharing and innovation.
∎ Oversee the comprehensive delivery of the designated digital channel portfolio, in accordance with the standards outlined in the digital roadmap.
∎ Ensure alignment and synergy between the delivery planning of Change Requests (CRs)/Projects and the attainment of predefined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
∎ Attain the target Net Promoter Score (NPS) for digital channels and explore opportunities for improving the overall customer experience.
∎ Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and success of digital platforms. Analyze data and user feedback to identify areas for optimization, usability enhancements, and feature additions.
∎ Monitor the revenue generated by the digital channels.
∎ Ensure the achievement of defined KPIs, including financial targets.
∎ Uphold adherence to the bank's processes and brand image.
∎ Role Background:
∎ As the Digital Platform Owner, the position will be responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and optimization of Singer Bangladesh digital platforms such website, mobile site, app and related B2C platforms. The primary objective will be to drive the strategic direction of our digital platforms, aligning them with business goals and customer needs.
