Responsibilities & Context:
∎ ***Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, Email, Mobile, and Display)
∎ ***Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. Actively involved in the functionality, design, and user experience on CRM and e-commerce platforms .Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement. Maintain and update Santino owned digital channel, including but not limited to the website, mobile app, and Google My Business.
