Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, Email, Mobile, and Display)
∎ Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
∎ Actively involved in the functionality, design, and user experience on CRM and e-commerce platforms .
∎ Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement.
∎ Maintain and update Santino owned digital channel, including but not limited to the website, mobile app, and Google My Business.
