Job Context:
∎ Looking for : Digital Marketing Manager (Expert )
∎ Night Shift 7 hour (Weekly 2 holidays)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ If you are expert in any specific field ( Social Media Marketing / Email Marketing / Telemarketing ) then you are more preferable.
∎ Create social media marketing strategy and campaign by creating the content idea, budget planning, and implementation schedules.
∎ Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.
∎ Writing content and post in social media channels are mandatory.
∎ Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
∎ Provide keyword research and analysis.
∎ Identify new digital marketing trends and ensure that the brand is in front of the industry developments.
∎ Execute social media efforts to improve KPIs, likes, shares, tweets, etc.
∎ Facebook Posts, Facebook boosting, LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, SMS campaign
∎ Follow up user feedback and response if their user queries.
∎ Work with the Marketing Communications team and design templates for each recipient segment
∎ Execute Email campaigns on time and on budget
∎ Perform A/B testing and focus groups; analyze results to improve email metrics.
∎ Strong English communication skills & persistent follow-up
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be very FLUENT in English Speaking. (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN'T SPEAK ENGLISH! You have to sale services over the phone TO customers in ENGLISH and so your English should be very good)
∎ Handle critical customers with effective communication skill with the ability to develop a relationship.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
