∎ Working as social media (Facebook & others online based service) admin.
∎ Developing Brand visibility and maintain social media presence.
∎ Provide direction to internal teams and external agencies/vendors to create quality content that aligns with brand guidelines.
∎ Measure and report performance of all digital channel.
∎ Identify trends and insights.
∎ Optimize online expenditure.
∎ Ensuring consistency of communication and branding across digital channels.
∎ Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end to end customer experience across digital channel.
∎ Working as social media (Facebook & others online based service) admin.
