∎ ABM Global Compliance is UK based financial services compliance firm, whose vast experience of regulatory matters in the financial services sector can help every size of firm, at a strategic level as well as on a day-to-day basis. It`s a firm providing knowledge, guidance and best practices consulting, independent reviews and testing, training and support to FinTech companies, Money Services Businesses, Payment Processors and E-money throughout the UK/ Europe.
∎ The position is required at ABM Global Compliance Bangladesh office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are looking for an enthusiastic person to join a fantastic team to explore his experience in Digital Marketing especially SEO and PPC skills. The company is going through a digital transformation and you would be responsible for the SEO management and optimisation of their new/existing websites, with the goal of driving traffic and improving site visibility. You will additionally be exposed to various other digital marketing channels and responsibilities as and when needed, and the company is very open to developing the role according to your own growth.
∎ Key Accountabilities:
∎ Conduct regular technical audits across a number of group-owned websites to identify website issues and opportunities
∎ Provide Technical requirements to product and development teams with clear prioritisation
∎ Help manage site migrations and new website development, including the creation of event-focused microsites
∎ Execution of the technical SEO strategy by providing analytical insights and making strategic recommendations
∎ Complete website audit, keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimization, etc.
∎ Maintain regular reports on overall KPIs, with a particular focus on website health, site speed and core web vitals.
∎ Maintain key relationships between Product, Tech and Marketing teams
∎ Support the wider Digital Marketing team with on-page and off-page activity
∎ Sound knowledge in Digital Marketing, Audience Targeting, SEO and SEM, On-Page SEO, Off-Page SEO, Keyword Research, Content Marketing, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Blogging, Inbound Marketing, Outbound Marketing, Content Creating, etc.
∎ Performing an SEO audit and technical site crawl using SEO Tools
∎ Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and display advertising campaigns.
∎ Recommend changes to website structure, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
∎ Write and create quality contents in accordance with our service descriptions, website contents, and target market content needs on the form of web-copy, blog posts, articles for third-party content marketing platforms, ad copies & social media posts, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Previous experience in an SEO role, either agency or in-house company
∎ Strong understanding of technical SEO and up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices
∎ Must have knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
∎ Experience working with platforms such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics and Excel is a must
∎ Off Page SEO, On page SEO, SEO and Digital Marketer
∎ Familiar with website, HTML, CSS, CMS or WordPress
∎ Familiar working in a fast-paced environment
∎ Ability to own projects end-to-end and clearly plan and communicate with stakeholders
∎ Practical experience in Digital Marketing/SEO specialist at least 3 years
∎ Desirable
∎ Experience in using platforms such as SEMrush, Ahrefs
∎ Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting to an audience
∎ Strong knowledge of both domestic and international product promotion
∎ Digital Marketing (Social Media Marketing), SEO and Digital Marketer
∎ Google Analytics Certification
