∎ 💼 Position: Digital Marketing Specialist (2x)
∎ 🔹 Salary: 20,000 - 35,000 BDT (Based on experience & skills)
∎ 🔹 Working Hours: 8 hours/day (Tuesday to Sunday) (Monday is our weekly off)
∎ 🔹 Location: [Plot: C-11, Main Road, Mirpur-2, Dhaka-1216, (Opposite of 4 No. Gate Sher-E-Bangla Cricket Stadium]

∎ 🔹 Responsibilities:
∎ ✅ Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness & lead generation.
∎ ✅ Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
∎ ✅ Optimize website & content for SEO and higher search rankings.
∎ ✅ Plan and run paid ad campaigns on Google, Facebook & YouTube for maximum ROI.
∎ ✅ Implement and track email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing.
∎ ✅ Analyze marketing data and optimize strategies for better performance.

∎ ✔ Experience: 2-3 years of proven success in digital marketing.
∎ ✔ Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate marketing strategies.
