∎ Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
∎ Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
∎ Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, PPC, and content marketing.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads,
∎ Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok, Instagram and email marketing software.
∎ Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design.
∎ Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
∎ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Strong organizational and project management skills.

∎ Collaborate with the design and product teams to create compelling marketing materials and ensure brand consistency.
∎ Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
∎ Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, engaging with customers and building a community.
∎ Develop and manage SEO, SEM strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website.
∎ Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed to support digital marketing initiatives.
∎ Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
