∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA), Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Computer
∎ Skills Required: 3D Modeling, AutoCAD, Graphic Design, Illustrator, Photography, Photoshop, video editing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Digital Content Development, Digital Marketing, Ecommerce Marketing, Graphic Design, Photography, SEO, Social Media, video editing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Online Newspaper/ News Portal
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage, monitor and lead the Social Media and Graphics team and load/upload content for Company to the social media channels and websites.
∎ Video uploads on YouTube channel.
∎ Develop and expand community and/or influencer outreach efforts by creating polls/contests/quizzes/games, etc.
∎ Help to create quarterly plans based on events, holidays, festivals, etc. and identify branding events methods and work together with all departments, divisions, involved.
∎ Design, create and manage promotions and Social ad campaigns with allocated budgets
∎ Create, curate, and manage all SM content (images, video and written) to ensure quality and branding of respected Company.
∎ Continuously add to existing website with new original content.
∎ Come up with content ideas for website.
∎ Figure out other froms of brand representation beyond digital showcase.
∎ Become an advocate for the company in social media spaces/pages, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
∎ Demonstrate ability to map out a comprehensive Social media marketing plan to drive traffic and revenue. Drive strategies that are proven by testing and metrics.
∎ Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
∎ Implement ongoing education for team to remain highly effective and updated.
∎ Website content creating.
∎ Website updating.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have prior experience.
∎ Applicants with portfolio will be preferred but not must.
∎ Expert in verbal and written communication (Bengali & English)
∎ The ability to communicate ideas in a concise and effective manner (written & verbally).
∎ Ability to work in a team environment
∎ Event management would be preferred but not must.
Salary: Negotiable
