Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare project schedules, estimates, and material requirement plans.
∎ Supervise on-site civil work ensuring quality, safety, and design accuracy.
∎ Coordinate between engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
∎ Monitor project progress and submit daily reports to project management.
∎ Ensure cost control and prevent material wastage on site.
∎ Conduct soil, structural, and material quality tests as needed.
∎ Prepare project handover documentation and verify project completion.
∎ Maintain strong knowledge of construction laws and safety regulations.
