Education:
∎ Bachelor/Honors
∎ Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing and Economics or in any discipline from reputed University with a very good academic background. A degree from any Japanese University will be add extra advantage;

∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ The candidate should possess strong Selling, Presentation, and Negotiation Skills, along with experience in establishing and building strong collaborative business relationships with vendors;
∎ Sound knowledge of marketing and promotional channels in local and international markets;
∎ Excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills are required. The candidate must be fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing in Japanese as well as in English;
∎ The candidate should have good commercial and people management experience, which includes a proven ability to identify and develop marketing talents;
∎ Experience in working with cross functional teams and ability to carry them along in driving marketing initiatives;
∎ The candidate must have extensive knowledge and experience with Japanese Management Tools like 5S, HO-REN-SO and STPD;
∎ Above 40 years of age with minimum of 15 years of cognate relevant experience, at least 5 years of which must be at a top managerial level in a food manufacturing company preferably in FMCG.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Direct all marketing activities of the company and to ensure the right policies and measures are put in place to drive corporate goals and objectives;
∎ Prepare a corporate and annual marking plan and monitor progress against these plane;
∎ Provide direction for the Commercial, Sales and Marketing for achieving challenging targets and objectives.
