Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ 1. Drives the business results by enabling and closely collaborating with the Sourcing Leaders in US, EU & Hong Kong to support development of 24-to-36-month Strategic Sourcing plans, understanding and anticipating how the business needs are evolving, and inspiring employees with a sense of purpose and direction. Develop and execute OGSTM for region supporting brands need and achieve them.
∎ 2. Engages the team through coaching the coaches and role modeling by providing personalized coaching to employees so they in turn become coaches for others both within Kontoor and also at the factories and mills. Inspires the team to overcome challenges without fear of failure.
∎ 3. Collaborates with Internal and External Partners to drive and build effective collaboration using a wide range of communication channels, establishing personal credibility, and being a role model in Strategic Relationship Building within and across Teams/Locations/Regions/Functions with the objective to achieve greater connection, shared goals, and joint successes.
∎ 4. Is a role model for the organization by promoting working together and expecting the same from others. Lives with integrity, acts courageously, is curious, acts with empathy, and perseveres. Accountable for direct leadership and delivering on Brand needs for Merchandising and Production in region with shared responsibility across Sourcing Leadership in Hong Kong.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ The selected candidate will receive a monthly remuneration based on “best international practice” and is negotiable. Other Benefits: Hardship allowance, Estimated target performance bonus, One home leave (round trip), Medical and Life Insurance, House rent reimbursement, and long-term Incentive.
