Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Reports to: Chief Executive Officer
∎ Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the executive management team.
∎ Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting.
∎ Advising on long-term business and financial planning.
∎ Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets to support the organization's growth and profitability.
∎ Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to provide accurate and timely insights to the executive team and the governing body.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
∎ Negotiate favorable terms for banking services, such as credit lines, cash management solutions, and interest rates.
∎ Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.
∎ Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory requirements set by the Microcredit Regulatory Authority (MRA) and Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Conduct financial analyses and provide insights to support key business decisions, investments, and capital allocation.
∎ Evaluate potential acquisitions, partnerships, and investment opportunities.
∎ Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
∎ Identify and mitigate Financial risks, ensuring the company's assets and data are safeguarded.
∎ Attract, retain, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture.
