Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Duties and Responsibilities as the Director of Admissions:
∎ Reporting to the Founder and CEO, AUWSF, the Director of International Admissions manages the outreach, recruitment, and enrollment of talented women from across Asia, excluding Bangladesh. This position is based on AUW's campus in Chittagong, Bangladesh, and values flexibility to work on different projects and engage with diverse communities in Asia. When appropriate, the Director of International Admissions may travel domestically and internationally to represent AUW, facilitate recruitment programs, and meet with applicants and their families in remote areas of the region.

∎ · Marketing and communications.
∎ · Developing new markets for student recruitment.
∎ · Developing AUW digital presence, including maintaining the AUW website and introducing other Digital tools.
∎ · Preparing promotional collateral.
∎ · Working with AUW to enhance visibility and online presence.
∎
∎ ln the area of Recruitment
∎ · Lead the recruitment team to meet AUW's targeted enrollment goals.
∎ · Develop and coordinate recruitment activities for priority populations, including fee-paying students, from current and new markets.
∎ · Manage regional admissions centers and ensure quality and consistent representation of AUW.
∎ · Establish and maintain positive relationships with community leaders and media within target communities.
∎ · Work collaboratively with other AUW offices, staff, and partners.
∎ · Assist in managing the recruitment budget and overall strategy.
∎ · Domestic and international travel is likely where relevant to recruitment.
