Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The core role of the Director of Technical & Quality will be to oversee entire RMG quality matters and quality level of Centro.
∎ Review the current SOPs/ policies and improvise plans to improve / update those to achieve quality standard as well as to meet buyer expectation. Review technical related documentation such as checklists, logs, and reports for effectiveness, accuracy, and relevance.
∎ To monitor and advise on the performance of the quality management system, produce data and report on performance, measuring against set standards.
∎ Educate, train and develop team to take full responsibility for quality function from fabric/accessories to finishing and meet on time shipment schedule without fail. If required provide training, tools, and techniques to enable team to achieve quality standard.
∎ Ensuring tests and SOP are properly understood, implemented, and evaluated time to time.
∎ Evaluate current factory base and quality function for our buyers and provide development recommendation to factory Top & Mid management to integrate them as strategic partner of Centro.
∎ Liaise with other managers, Supervisors, and employee throughout the organization to ensure that the quality management system is functioning properly.
∎ Any other function as and when assigned by Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have knowledge of all aspect of apparel quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards.
