Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and market share within the Builders/Real Estate/ Land sector. This role involves leading a team of sales and marketing professionals, collaborating with various departments, and managing external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
∎ Formulate comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends.
∎ Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities.
∎ Define target markets and segments for effective outreach campaigns.
∎ Acquire & retain a high-performing sales team through proper HR Practices.·
∎ Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching to achieve sales goals.·
∎ Foster a positive and collaborative sales culture focused on customer satisfaction and business growth.
∎ Direct sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and conversion.·
∎ Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue.·
∎ Monitor sales pipelines and forecasts to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
∎ Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote company properties or projects.
∎ Utilize various marketing channels, including digital, print, and social media, to reach target audiences.
∎ Collaborate with creative teams to produce marketing materials and collateral.
