Educational Requirements:
∎ We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual with a Master's Degree preferably in Disaster Management from a reputed University.
Job Context:
∎ Based at Rangpur Divisional Office of Plan International Bangladesh
∎ Duration up to June 2024
Additional Requirements:
∎ Demonstrated experience of key practice and standards e.g. SFDRR, Red Cross/NGO Code of Conduct, SPHERE and its companion guides (Child Protection Minimum Standards and Minimum Standards for Education Preparedness, Response and Recovery and the CHS). Significant field experience of managing DRR and CCA, and humanitarian response projects. Sound knowledge about gender and safeguarding issues and able to conduct gender analysis in project implementation and evidence gathering. Excellent facilitation skills together with highly developed interpersonal communication and negotiation skills is a must.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 90000 - 120000 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly consolidated salary range for this role is Tk. 90,000.00 to Tk. 120,000.00 (may vary based on experience) along with other benefits i.e., Life Insurance and Hospitalization Benefit and Festival Bonus.
