Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Skills Required: Excellent communicate in mail, Good command in excel with basic knowledge of word and ppt., Good communication skills, Telecommunication Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide data analysis support to the sales team for business insights.
∎ Coordinate cross-functional teams and prepare reports for the region.
∎ Monitor distributor sales transactions and resolve issues.
∎ Manage channel partner appointments and exits.
∎ Coordinate distributor financing and handle bill settlement.
∎ Ensure timely report exchange with back office and regional teams.
∎ Process commission disbursement and financial reconciliation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 23000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary: BDT. 23,000/=
Festival Bonus: 50% of Basic on both Eid. (Eligibility: After 3 months of employment)
Mobile Bill: BDT. 2,000/=
Allowance: At actual with a ceiling of BDT. 5000/= per month.
