Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise Field Organizers (FOs) within the Migration and Reintegration Support Centre projects, offering continuous guidance to ensure high-quality program implementation and field operations.
∎ Conduct regular field visits to facilitate activities and enhance project outcomes.
∎ Select volunteers, provide capacity building training, and maintain a database of volunteers for project support.
∎ Organize local-level training sessions, meetings, workshops, and field visits to engage stakeholders and support project objectives.
∎ Foster communication and build strong relationships with local stakeholders, including government and non-governmental organizations, to facilitate advocacy, networking, and field-level activities.
∎ Coordinate returnee profiling efforts, maintaining an online database for efficient management.
∎ Collaborate with local industries and institutes to facilitate job placements for returnees.
∎ Identify best practices, collect case stories, and document activities for periodic reporting and Management Information System (MIS) upkeep.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, and encourage others to do so.
∎ Proficient in migration dynamics, labor trafficking, and returnee issues, skilled in project implementation and field operations.
∎ Experienced in community mobilization for successful reintegration.
∎ Knowledgeable in migration, labor trafficking, and returnee challenges, capable of executing projects effectively in the field, competent in mobilizing communities for reintegration efforts.
∎ Well-versed in migration trends, labor trafficking, and returnee concerns, adept at implementing projects and initiatives on the ground, skilled in mobilizing communities to support reintegration endeavors.
∎ Post graduation in any discipline.
∎ (Preferably in Social Science)At least 2 year experience in any sector.
∎ If the candidates have the experience of voluntary work or internship/ field work experience, s/he can apply with one year experience only.
