∎ Project Period: 27 months, possibility of extension
∎ Accountable to: Project Manager
∎ Staff Category: Project based
∎ Working Area: 5 Upazilas of Bagerhat district
∎ Joining time: Immediately
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in the field of peace building , promotion of social harmony.
∎ A least 7-8 years experiences in the related field.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla.
∎ Sound knowledge and clear understanding in political scenario and electoral process of Bangladesh, good governance, democracy, human rights and social issues.
∎ Good connection with political parties, local political leaders, members of the civil society and social activists.
∎ Excellent team player and building relationship.
∎ Exceptional transformative leadership skills for building leadership of others.
∎ Excellent skills in Microsoft ward, Excels, Power points and presentation.
∎ Motorcycle driving.
∎ Excellent command over in English both verbal and written is necessary.
Salary: Negotiable
