Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prospect and appoint new dealers in the assigned district to expand the dealer network and enhance market penetration.
∎ Support dealers in setting up sales operations by establishing systems and processes to ensure smooth functioning.
∎ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers to ensure business alignment and loyalty.
∎ Drive revenue growth by achieving sales and profitability targets as per the company's goals.
∎ Implement the company's sales strategy effectively to ensure product reach and availability in all key markets.
∎ Monitor and improve dealer performance through guidance, training, and regular reviews.
∎ Collaborate with dealers to manage credit terms and working capital effectively.
∎ Ensure all selling and servicing routines through dealers are effectively implemented and monitored.
∎ Represent the company at local market events to promote products and strengthen ties with stakeholders.
∎ Conduct regular market visits to assess dealer performance, market trends, and customer needs.
∎ Report market insights, competitor activities, and dealer challenges to the AGM for strategic planning.
∎ Ensure all operational data, sales figures, and market feedback are systematically documented and shared with the regional management.
∎ Efficient dealer management, including inventory control, credit management, and sales process standardization.
∎ Achievement of sales, revenue and profibility targets.
∎ Expansion and development of the dealer network.
