∎ নোটঃ সেনাবাহিনী/নৌবাহিনী/বিমানবাহিনী/বিজিবি হতে অবসর প্রাপ্ত এবং আনসার প্রশিক্ষণপ্রাপ্ত ব্যক্তিদের আকর্ষনীয় বেতন ও ভাতাসহ সরাসরি সুপারভাইজার পদে নিয়োগ দেওয়া হবে।
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ নির্ধারিত সময় অনুযায়ী ডিউটি পালন ও পোস্টে উপস্থিত থাকা
∎ অফিস/প্রকল্প এলাকায় প্রবেশ ও বাহির হওয়া ব্যক্তিদের পর্যবেক্ষণ ও নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা
∎ ভিজিটরদের যথাযথ রেজিস্ট্রেশন নিশ্চিত করা এবং অনুমতি নিয়ে প্রবেশ করতে দেওয়া
∎ যানবাহন প্রবেশ ও বাহিরের সময় সঠিকভাবে চেকিং এবং রেকর্ড সংরক্ষণ
∎ সন্দেহজনক ব্যক্তি বা কার্যকলাপ পর্যবেক্ষণ করে রিপোর্ট প্রদান
∎ প্রয়োজনে চুরি, অগ্নিকাণ্ড বা অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত ঘটনার সময় তাৎক্ষণিক ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ
∎ নিয়মিত টহল দিয়ে নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করা (প্রধান ফটক, পার্কিং, ছাদ ও অন্যান্য গুরুত্বপূর্ণ স্থান) ইউনিফর্ম, আইডি কার্ড, টর্চলাইট, হুইসেলসহ সরঞ্জামের যথাযথ ব্যবহার নিশ্চিত করা
∎ প্রয়োজনে ম্যানেজমেন্ট বা সিনিয়র নিরাপত্তা কর্মীর নির্দেশনা অনুযায়ী অতিরিক্ত দায়িত্ব পালন করা
∎ নির্ধারিত সময় অনুযায়ী ডিউটি পালন ও পোস্টে উপস্থিত থাকা
∎ অফিস/প্রকল্প এলাকায় প্রবেশ ও বাহির হওয়া ব্যক্তিদের পর্যবেক্ষণ ও নিয়ন্ত্রণ করা

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ মাসিক বেতন ১০,০০০/- টাকা প্রদান করা হবে। বেতন ভাতা, বাৎসরিক 2 টি বোনাস। মাসিক বেতন স্ব স্ব নিরাপত্তা প্রহরীদের ব্যাংক একাউন্ট এর অনুকুলে প্রেরনের নিশ্চয়তা। এছাড়াও সুপারভাইজার পদের বেতন আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে নির্ধারন করা হবে।
