∎ 2-3 years of experience in Interior detailing and drafting.
∎ Strong knowledge of electrical layouts and their integration into interior designs.
∎ Proven experience as a draftsman or in a similar role.
∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and SketchUp.
∎ Strong understanding of interior materials, joinery details, furniture layouts, and trending designs.
∎ Ability to read, interpret, and create highly detailed technical drawings.
∎ Excellent collaboration and communication skills with a team-oriented approach.
∎ Ability to work within a corporate environment and meet professional standards.
∎ Smart, detail-oriented, and capable of problem-solving effectively.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare detailed working drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and shop drawings for residential interior projects.
∎ Develop and integrate electrical layouts, including power distribution, lighting, and low-voltage systems into interior drawings.
∎ Collaborate effectively with architects, 3D visualizers, and BOQ personnel to ensure precision and feasibility.
∎ Stay updated with new materials, trending interior design concepts, and industry standards.
∎ Ensure all drawings comply with industry codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
∎ Conduct site visits to take accurate measurements and verify on-site conditions.
∎ Coordinate with project managers and contractors to ensure seamless execution of designs.
∎ Work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
