∎ Clear interpersonal skills both in Bengali and English (written and verbal) and a service-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide safe and reliable transportation services to hotel guests, VIPs, and staff within the city and on airport transfers.
∎ Assist with luggage handling and ensuring guest comfort during transport.
∎ Navigate city routes confidently and demonstrate knowledge of local traffic regulations.
∎ Maintain professional communication with guests and colleagues, upholding the hotel's exceptional service standards.
∎ Report any vehicle issues promptly and follow established maintenance procedures.
∎ Able to meet all the comfort requirements of the hotel guests and customers.
∎ Able to keep a record of all the incidents while driving, for example, any accidents or tickets.
∎ Maintain good coordination with the hotel's airport representative.
∎ Maintain proper records of the trip's starting and ending kilometers or miles.
∎ Follow the standard route and reporting schedule at all times.
∎ He or she is responsible for reporting all incidents to the superiors.
∎ Able to provide information on hotel amenities, activities, restaurants, and any places of interest near the hotel.
∎ The vehicle must be spotless in appearance and ready to go for a drive without issue at all times.
∎ Maintain high grooming and personal hygiene standards.
∎ Maintaining all the vehicle repairs and daily maintenance records.
∎ Servicing and other records also need to be kept properly.
∎ Report vehicle defects to the manager before the next vehicle use.
∎ Following the maintenance schedules and reporting to the supervisor or manager accordingly.
∎ Maintain a logbook regarding fuel or oil, mobile consumption, and mileage coverage.
∎ Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
