Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & maintain a strong business relationship with all influencers and sales referrals.
∎ Manage the credit/receivables as per company policy.
∎ Developing a balanced dealer network & Plaza network and recruiting new dealers.
∎ Reporting on all sorts of market competitors' activities.
∎ Attaining category/SKU-wise monthly sales and collection targets.
∎ Ensure proactive efforts to resolve all customer issues and complaints.
∎ Ensure brand visibility through proper display across all outlets.
∎ Filtration of non-performing channel partners periodically.
∎ Ensuring Field force performance proactively conducts appraisal regularly.
∎ Allocation of credit with due diligence.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years

∎ Outstanding organizational and sales skills
