Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibilities of Head of Operations :1. Overseeing the entire seed processing and selling operations to ensure efficiency and quality control.2. Developing and implementing operational strategies to optimize production processes and maximize profitability.3. Managing and coordinating the activities of various departments within the company, such as production, quality control, logistics, and sales.4. Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to track the company's operational performance and identify areas for improvement.5. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in seed processing and selling.6. Leading and supervising a team of managers and staff to achieve operational goals and objectives.7. Collaborating with other departments, such as research and development, marketing, and finance, to support overall business objectives.8. Identifying and implementing cost-saving measures to improve operational efficiency and reduce expenses.9. Resolving operational issues and conflicts in a timely and effective manner.10. Keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement in operations.
