Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the customer support team.
∎ Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing leads to promote and sell our products.
∎ Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and availability.
∎ Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer queries confidently.
∎ Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
∎ Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
∎ Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer interaction details.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing.
∎ Handle customer complaints or objections professionally and escalate if necessary.
∎ Graduate in any discipline (Marketing background preferred).
∎ Prior telesales or call center experience (E-commerce and Shopify experience is an advantage).
∎ Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
∎ Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
∎ Necessary computer skills and familiarity with CRM or sales tools.
∎ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team leader.
