Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capacity Building: Build capacity at Grace for EAL support and classroom provision.
∎ Staff Support: Provide EAL support to National Members of staff, especially the Academic Team and Managers.
∎ Student Records: Maintain the school's EAL register and oversee records on all EAL students.
∎ Admissions Support: Interview and test prospective EAL students, meet with parents, and discuss EAL operations as part of the Admissions Process.
∎ Policy Development: Collaborate on the development and update of relevant EAL policies.
∎ Team Building: Build a team approach and allocate appropriate duties and responsibilities to the Learning Support Team members.
∎ Professional Development: Create opportunities for teachers to share, reflect, and improve classroom practice.
