Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing in-depth knowledge of Penston's University Partnerships and Pre-University Courses
∎ Developing in-depth knowledge about the range of IELTS and English courses at Penston
∎ Recruiting students for the courses that Penston offers.
∎ Advising & Counselling students on their higher education options abroad.
∎ Ensure student recruitment targets are met on a intake basis.
∎ Establishes, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships and confidentiality.
∎ Ensure engagement with target audience along social media sites, websites and live sessions.
∎ Follow-up with leads provided by the in-house lead generation system.
∎ Actively participate in lead generation strategy and execution.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bangla, you should be able to understand the individual needs of prospective clients.
