Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Advice and guidance on a range of educational needs and services to our students & their guardians:
∎ Assessing needs: Identifying the needs of students and institutions, and conducting assessments to determine their educational needs
∎ Developing solutions: Working with clients to develop solutions using education theory
∎ Providing training: Designing and conducting training sessions for teachers and counselors, and providing professional development sessions
∎ Advising on programs: Providing guidance on planning, developing, and implementing programs
∎ Collaborating: Working with parents, teachers, and administrators to develop curriculum and support students
∎ Evaluating: Analyzing educational data, such as teacher performance and curricula, to ensure they meet goals
∎ Recommending: Recommending and implementing technology solutions, and providing guidance on integrating technology in the classroom
∎ Providing information: Providing information to parents and families concerning state and federal guidelines
∎ Evaluating grant proposals: Evaluating and providing feedback on education assistance grant proposals
