Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 55 years
∎ More than 5 years of Electrical Engineering experience in Water Treatment or municipal infrastructure projects;
∎ Have led at least 2 water treatment projects with a capacity of 100,000 m³/day or above.
∎ Technical Knowledge & Skills:
∎ Familiar with international standards including:
∎ IEC 60364 (Low-voltage electrical installations)
∎ AWWA M33 (Water treatment plant electrical systems)
∎ NFPA 70E (Electrical safety in the workplace)
∎ ISO 50001 (Energy management systems)
∎ IEC 61800 (Adjustable speed electrical power drive systems)
∎ Experienced in selecting IP68-rated waterproof equipment;
∎ Proficient in PLC programming (Siemens S7-1200 / Rockwell);
∎ Skilled in SCADA systems such as WinCC, Ignition, etc.;
∎ Capable of VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) selection and energy-saving optimization, with the ability to reduce plant energy consumption by over 15%;
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Review electrical (both high and low voltage) drawings and provide on-site construction guidance;
∎ Review SCADA system drawings and guide on-site implementation;
∎ Review lightning protection and grounding system drawings and oversee construction quality;
∎ Train the O&M (Operation and Maintenance) team on the use of automation and control systems;
∎ Coordinate with equipment suppliers for installation and commissioning of electrical systems;
∎ Collaborate with process and mechanical engineers to resolve interdisciplinary conflicts (e.g., clashes between cable trays and pipelines).
